One of the most important things for many customers is the closing of the boxes once they have been filled with their products.
The first purpose of a good lid is to avoid manipulation or contamination of the products that have been placed inside, for which there are various closing systems (gluing, strapping, sealing, etc.), but the most efficient is undoubtedly the use of glue/adhesive for gluing the lid.
The closing or lidding machines are placed at the end of the line and allow us to automate the closing process, while guaranteeing the inviolability of the product once it has been packaged.
For this reason, Boix Machinery offers you several alternatives for closing your boxes. You can place a flat lid, a C-1 box or close it with a conventional lid.
CLOSED FLAT-TOP BOXES
This solution is very interesting as it allows us to glue a flat lid on any Plaform Box and/or Column model, as long as it has a cover to support the lid.
CLOSED USING A C-1 BOX
In this version what we do is to close any type of box (plaform, C-1 or Bliss) with a C-1 lid.
CLOSED FOR LOW BOXES
This option gives us greater flexibility as it allows us a wider range of box sizes to close, it is designed to close boxes of between 100 and 150 mm in height, always dependent by the height of the lid.
One of the main advantages of our HAT closer is its ability to automatically close boxes of varying heights, while maintaining the same base size.
