Boix presents its new box former: the Q-4000/DE, this new version of the 2-head machine is specially designed for the forming of Open Column and/or Plaform cases.
With this version we met the needs of many customers who required a 2-head machine capable of forming boxes other than the C-1.

The machine also includes:
- 2 Melton NC-16 Glue Tanks.

Mould Independent Configuration
The Q-4000/DE allows us to work on each head with a different model of box, i.e. we can mount an open column box on one side and a Plaform on the other.
Glue refilling system
To assist the filling of the glue tanks, the machine is equipped with 2 automatic refilling systems.
Stackers and conveyor belts
The Q-4000/DE allows us to connect 2 stackers or 2 conveyor belts, controlled by the machine display.
