The Q-2400 combines innovation and flexibility in a machine capable of satisfiying the most stringent customer requirements.

The Q-2400 is a high production machine that can reach an output of up to 3,000 trays or boxesper hour, depending on the carton.

It can assemble multiple designs and box formats, some designs can reach up to 300 mm. in height and/or 800 mm. in width.

Description

The latest upgrade of the Q-2400 allows us to offer a machine with great flexibility and high production. This Q-2400 tray-forming machine is ideal for working with corrugated cardboard of different weights and for forming multiple box and tray formats and designs. In some designs and tray or box sizes we can reach up to 3,000 boxes per hour.
  • PROGRAMMING THROUGH simple and user friendly TOUCH SCREEN.
  • LOADING IS DONE FROM THE BACK.
    • blank by blank.
    • Extraction by means of a Festo Ovem vacuum generator with suction cups.
    • Automatic blowing function on the suction cups for cleaning.
  • BLANK INTRODUCTION IS AUTOMATIC AND USES:
    • A new pusher system.
    • Control of the Jog movements by screen.
      • It is not necessary to use the crank handle.
  • MACHINE WITHOUT MECHANICAL CLUTCH:
    • Pusher control by PLC and Variable Speed Drive.
  • STOP AND START BUTTONS ARE SEPARATE.
