We present our latest novelty for forming punnets and/or small trays: the MCT-2, a double head machine that offers multiple advantages: – High Production: The machine is capable of up to 11,000 punnets per hour, depending on punnet design and size. – Servo control of all machine movements: Pusher system, suction cups, etc. to ensure greater precision.
– High capacity blank feeder (1 m).
– It can be integrated directly into the end customer’s filling or packging line. -
The MCT-1/VE is a fully mechanical and compact double head machine for the forming of punnets and small trays.
- It can formconical and/or straight punnets or small trays.
- Reaching an output of up to 6,000 punnets per hour (3,000 per head).

The MCT-1/V is an automatic and adjustable two-head machine for forming of punnets or small Type C-1 trays.
- It can form conical and/or straight punnets or small trays .
- The machine has 6 speeds and can reach up to 7,000 punnets per hour (3,500 per head) .
