The ‘AR-7/D’ box stacker with conveyor combines 2 machines in one, on the one hand, we have a stacker with an orientable box former, and on the other hand, we have a conveyor with a belt. The AR-7/D is the solution for all those customers who require a system that allows them to:
- Save costs by not having to buy 2 elements (stacker+belt).
- Time saving, no need to stop the machine, remove the stacker and place the belt or vice versa.
- Less space as it is only one machine.
- It improves production flexibility, as with a single gesture we can deliver boxes to the line or create a stock.
Ideal for supplying directly to the line or removing stacks of boxes for palletising or stock (buffer).
The AR-7/D has a button panel which can be placed on the side of the stacker and which allows us to select the function we wish to perform, either stacking or box passing. This action takes place automatically and without the need to switch off the machine.
