The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .
The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”
This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.
- The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
- The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.

These extensible belts offer different possibilities: they can be adjusted to the right or left, adjustable in height, tiltable and foldable when not in use.

The MCT-1/VE is a fully mechanical and compact double head machine for the forming of punnets and small trays.
- It can formconical and/or straight punnets or small trays.
- Reaching an output of up to 6,000 punnets per hour (3,000 per head).

Double head machine specially designed for the forming of C-1 type trays, Conical trays and Bottom and Lid Boxes.
- Hi production up to 4000 trays/hour.
- Possibility of adjusting each head with different sizes of boxes.

The FP-4/2M is one of our most flexible machines, as they are capable of forming multiple box designs (Plaform, P-84, Citrus, etc.), but are specially designed for forming all types of column boxes, whether open, closed or L-Column.
- This machine has 3 different models: FP-4/2M-1, FP-4/2M-2 and FP-4/2M-3, depending on the type of boxes they can form.
- It can achieve a sustained output up to 3,000 trays per hour.

We present our latest novelty for forming punnets and/or small trays: the MCT-2, a double head machine that offers multiple advantages: – High Production: The machine is capable of up to 11,000 punnets per hour, depending on punnet design and size. – Servo control of all machine movements: Pusher system, suction cups, etc. to ensure greater precision.
– High capacity blank feeder (1 m).
– It can be integrated directly into the end customer’s filling or packging line. -
The Curved conveyor belt is an additional options that allows us to transport boxes to the right or left in tight spaces.

The MCB-1 is a semi-automatic and adjustable machine specially designed for gluing the bottom flaps of HSC and RSC boxes, also known as telescopic, Type C-20 or B-1.
- Flexible machine as a small adjustment allows you to form bottom and lid.
- There is a double version, which allows us to close both the upper and lower flaps of the RSC box with the product inside.

The Premium MBL-3P DUAL machine is specially designed for forming Bliss Boxes, but unlike the standard MBL-3P it can also assemble other box formats, such as: Plaform, P-84 and Open Column .
It can reach a speed of up to 2,000 boxes/hour.

The Q-1530 is the newest innovation for all customers who ask for a flexible, robust and functional machine . It has been developed with the use of kits that allow to easily change the type of box to assemble.
This model can reach an output of up to 1800 trays/hour .

The AR-5 is an adjustable box stacker with automatic stop that allows us to create a stack of boxes and once the desired height (number of boxes per stack) is reached, eject it in the direction of the box advance (in line).
Multiple options are available: different input heights, guides, belts, etc.

The AR-7/D is the only stacker that combines 2 solutions in 1, it can stack boxes and also work as a conveyor, it has an easy to handle switch that allows you to choose the working mode.

The HAT machine is specially designed for automatic closing of cardboard boxes using hot-melt, guaranteeing their perfect closing:
- It is a single-head model that allows you to seal the lid on all 4 sides.
- With the same base dimensions, it can automatically seal different heights.
- It has a mirror version to install and operate two machines in parallel.

The AR-2 is our most complete stacker, since it allows multiple stacking shapes and combinations,
Its main features are:
- It has a box stack pusher system (the number of boxes in each stack can be programmed from the display).
- Multiple boxes can be stacked at the same time: 2 by 2, 3 by 3 or even 4 by 4 (depending on the size of the box).

The FP4/EC is an automatic and adjustable machine for forming and gluing both, corrugated and solid board boxes.
- It is able to form multiple designs of different collumn construction like closed column, open column, L-column trays with different weights of cardboard.
- It has 4 speeds reaching up to 1,400 trays/hour.

In the Q-1600 model we have combined our production with autonomy and ergonomics.

It can form trays up to 350 mm in height depending on the design.
