RSC / HSC Case erector (American cases)

Boix launches a new model of machine within the Evolution Range, this machine is designed for the forming of American boxes (HSC or RSC).

For the development of the EF-1000 we have opted for a compact design and reduced dimensions, which has resulted in a machine that among many other functions includes:

  • Quick change of measurement (5 min.)
  • Folding doors for easy access to any part of the machine.
  • Wide range of sizes.
  • It has 2 options for folding the rear flap of the box, depending on the width of the box to be assembled.

This avoids the difficulty of placing the lid when the bottom is full of product due to the deformity that may appear.

The Inserter is a machine that can mount boxes from 150 mm to 440 mm in height, depending on the development of the plate.

INCLUDES:

  • Automatic and adjustable machine.
  • Touch screen control (7 languages).
  • 1,000 boxes/hour.

Extraction and Introduction

X- and Y-axis movements are controlled in servo mode. This ensures maximum precision and optimization of measurement changes.

Main Press

Press driven by a pneumatic cylinder incorporating a detector to adjust the stroke to the height of the box, as well as to optimize air consumption.

Cola/Hot Melt Trigger Programming

By entering the measurements of the box, the machine performs the glue program automatically. Hot-melt saving patterns are also available.
