The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .
The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”
This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.
- The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
- The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.

The FP4/EC is an automatic and adjustable machine for forming and gluing both, corrugated and solid board boxes.
- It is able to form multiple designs of different collumn construction like closed column, open column, L-column trays with different weights of cardboard.
- It has 4 speeds reaching up to 1,400 trays/hour.

The Automatic glue filling system offer us the possibility of self – filling the glue tank equipment constantly and automatically, and allows us to increase the autonomy of the machine and to improve its productivity.
Available for different tank models (for both Nordson® and Melton®).

The Pre-feeder is an add-on that allows you to refill the machine’s feeder fully automatically, it has a large capacity blank magazine.

The MCT-1/VE is a fully mechanical and compact double head machine for the forming of punnets and small trays.
- It can formconical and/or straight punnets or small trays.
- Reaching an output of up to 6,000 punnets per hour (3,000 per head).

Boix Maquinaria has redesigned its machine for the forming and gluing of bottom flaps for HSC or RSC boxes, starting from a pre-assembled plate.
This new development allows us to offer you a compact, ergonomic machine, easily integrated into the production line, reaching a sustained production of up to 1. 200 boxes per hour. The EF-1200 gives you more autonomy as it has a side magazine of 1,500 mm.200 cartons per hour.
The EF-1200 gives you greater autonomy with a 1,500 mm lateral plate magazine.
The machine is equipped with several hinged doors for easy access to the interior.

The Q-2400 combines innovation and flexibility in a machine capable of satisfiying the most stringent customer requirements.
The Q-2400 is a high production machine that can reach an output of up to 3,000 trays or boxesper hour, depending on the carton.
It can assemble multiple designs and box formats, some designs can reach up to 300 mm. in height and/or 800 mm. in width.

The AR-B is a stacker specially designed for stacking punnets and conical trays, it can also stack TopSeal punnets.

In the Q-1600 model we have combined our production with autonomy and ergonomics.
Machine adapted to your production needs, with 8 speeds and a wide production range from 400 to 1600 trays per hour .
It can form trays up to 350 mm in height depending on the design.

The Q-1530 is the newest innovation for all customers who ask for a flexible, robust and functional machine . It has been developed with the use of kits that allow to easily change the type of box to assemble.
This model can reach an output of up to 1800 trays/hour .

The Q-1800/P is an adaptation to the needs of our customers who demanded a machine that integrates solutions focused on productivity, production control, improvement of autonomy, etc. but without losing the accessibility, flexibility and ergonomics of the machine.
The Q-1800/P offers multiple tray forming possibilities: Plaform, P-84, Open Column, C-1, Citrus and Big Ear. which makes it a very flexible machine.
It has a high-capacity blank feeder.

The Curved conveyor belt is an additional options that allows us to transport boxes to the right or left in tight spaces.

The LS-1200 machine is specially designed for the forming of C-1 boxes in large formats.
- It incorporates a feeding system that allows us to directly load the pallet with the blanks.
- We can have up to 2 pallets in the introduction conveyor.

Boix Maquinaria has developed the Q-1800 in order to satisfy all those customers who require a compact, small size and easy to use machine .
The Q-1800 can form up to 1,800 trays/hour, it is exclusively developed for C-1 and Plaform carton forming.

The EC-1 machine is our recommended model for sealing the upper flaps on RSC / HSC boxes or any similar design by using Hot Melt.
- It can reach a production speed of up to 1,600 boxes/hour .
- We have a version for the closing of Overlap Boxes .

These extensible belts offer different possibilities: they can be adjusted to the right or left, adjustable in height, tiltable and foldable when not in use.

This version has a length of 4 meters and the possibility of regulating different heights of transport of the boxes.

The AR-1 is an adjustable crate stacker with automatic stop, with different combinations of belt lengths, guide types and configurations.
- Its main feature is that it allows you to stack boxes vertically.

The Select MCC-3 is a fully automatic and adjustable machine for gluing the bottom flaps of RSC and HSC boxes in both corrugated and solid board.
