The Inserter unfolds and squares the lid box and inserts the bottom box inside, leaving the top lids open to allow the filling of the boxes.
This machine is designed to solve the problem of those customers who need to pack products with bottom and lid.
This avoids the difficulty of placing the lid when the bottom is full of product due to the deformity that may appear.
The Inserter is a machine that can form boxes from 150 mm up to 440 mm in height, depending on the blanks dimensions.

Introducer/Saddler
The Inserter folds out an HSC box and squares it so that a bottom box (C-1, Bliss, HSC, etc.) can be inserted.

Introduction Assembled Box
The machine is equipped with a 2.6 m conveyor belt for the insertion of the assembled bottom box.
