Machine adapted to your production needs, with 8 speeds and a wide production range from 400 to 1600 trays per hour .

It can form trays up to 350 mm in height depending on the design.

Description

Boix Machinery has designed and built machines that are aimed at satisfying your most demanding production needs. The Q-1600, which is in our Quality range, is an example for that. The development of the Q-1600 has resulted in a machine which, among many other functions and accessories, includes: an integrated Pre-feeder to increase the capacity of the blank feeder, the possibility of being able to change from box height to form different heights in just 1 minute, overhead doors for easy access to any part of the machine without the need for any steps, etc.
  • Machine driven by 3 motors synchronized by encoders working in servo mode to control the extraction, insertion and forming of the boxes. servo that controls the extraction, insertion and forming of the boxes.
  • Blank feeding is done from the back of the machine:
  • High capacity integrated Pre-feeder (1.5 m.)
  • Vacuum by venturi.
  • Quick box change over for boxes of the same base and different heights. (1 minute).
  • Easy access to all parts of the machine.
  • Overhead doors.
  • It does not require the use of steps to load blanks or fill in the glue tank (loading at floor level).
