Boix Maquinaria has redesigned its machine for the forming and gluing of bottom flaps for HSC or RSC boxes, starting from a pre-assembled plate.

This new development allows us to offer you a compact, ergonomic machine, easily integrated into the production line, reaching a sustained production of up to 1. 200 boxes per hour. The EF-1200 gives you more autonomy as it has a side magazine of 1,500 mm.200 cartons per hour.

The EF-1200 gives you greater autonomy with a 1,500 mm lateral plate magazine.

The machine is equipped with several hinged doors for easy access to the interior.

Description

The EF-1200 is a machine designed for the forming of some of the most popular boxes in the world, the RSC and HSC, also known as: American, Telecopic, B-1, etc. boxes.  
  • Compact machine with reduced dimensions, available in 2 versions: normal and mirror.
  • The introduction of the blanks is done by vacuum.
  • Easy and quick change of measurement and low maintenance.
  • Flexible machine that can form boxes of different sizes and heights.
  • 7-inch Mitsubishi screen.
