Description

The MCT-1/VE is an automatic, adjustable, compact and easy-to-use machine for the forming of punnets or small trays type C-1.
  • The machine has a single motor which operates the main movements, thereby ensuring that the 2 heads synchronize perfectly.
  • Possibility of adjusting each head with different sizes or design of punnets.
  • Speed regulation by frequency inverter with automatic queue compensation.
  • MCT-1/VE can form conical or straight punnets or small trays.
  • Possibility to work in-line and connected directly to the packaging line. so that the machine makes the punnets or small trays according to the demand of the line.

    Inserter

    The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .

    The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”

    This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.

    • The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
    • The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.
