We present our latest novelty for forming punnets and/or small trays: the MCT-2, a double head machine that offers multiple advantages: – High Production: The machine is capable of up to 11,000 punnets per hour, depending on punnet design and size. – Servo control of all machine movements: Pusher system, suction cups, etc. to ensure greater precision.

– High capacity blank feeder (1 m).
– It can be integrated directly into the end customer’s filling or packging line.

Description

The MCT-2 is a flexible, easy to access, fully automatic, and above all high capacity machine that offers the following advantages, among others:
  • High-speed production up to 11,000 punnets per hour.
  • It can form multiple punnet designs (with lids, handles, clamshell, leakproof, etc.).
  • The MCT-2 machine has 1 hot-melt tank and 1 automatic glue filling system.
    • The tank has an "on demand" configuration, which prevents deterioration of the hot-melt.
  • 2 high-capacity blank feeders, 1 meter long. length per side
  • Compact and multifunctional machine with small dimensions for high production.
  • Tunnels, stackers or conveyors can be optionally installed.
  • Prepared for installation of the Boix Connect connectivity kit.
