Description

In our Quality range category, the Q-715 is a semi-automatic tray former adapted to all those customers who do not require high production. The Q-715 is a flexible, robust and low maintenance machine. It is the perfect solution for those companies that require a compact, reliable, flexible machine for low volume production speeds of between 500 up to 900 boxes per hour.
  • PROGRAMMING THROUGH simple and user friendly TOUCH SCREEN.
  • LOADING IS DONE MANUALLY FROM THE BACK.
  • BLANK INTRODUCTION IS AUTOMATIC AND USES:
    • Pusher with chain.
    • A motor with clutch that “slips” in case of jam thus maintaining the “0” point of the machine.
    • An encoder that controls: Blank control. Glue injection. Vacuum management. Stroke of the mandrel.
