The Q-4000/DE is capable of forming different tray designs on each head, including the most standard ones (Plaform, P-84, C-1, Open Column., etc.).

Description

Fully mechanical machine—the Q-4000/DE.
  • It works with a single drive motor obtaining a perfect synchronization of the two heads.
  • It has a variator which controls the six machine speeds.
Loading is done from the back of the machine:
  • Blank by blank
  • The blanks are pulled down by suction cups with vacuum generated by Ventury valve.
  • Automatic blowing function for cleaning the suction cups.
PROGRAMMING THROUGH simple and user friendly TOUCH SCREEN. The Q-4000/DE includes 2 automatic glue tank filling systems as standard. OTHER FEATURES:
  • Glue tank with weekly programmer.
  • Check-control and maintenance alarms via the programmer.
  • Automatic central oil pump to enable machine maintenance.

    Inserter

    The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .

    The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”

    This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.

    • The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
    • The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.
