Description

Fully mechanical machine—the Q-4000.
  • It works with a single drive motor obtaining a perfect synchronization of the two heads.
  • It has a variator which controls the six machine speeds.
Loading is done from the back of the machine:
  • Blank by blank
  • The blanks are pulled down by suction cups with vacuum generated by Ventury valve.
  • Automatic blowing function for cleaning the suction cups.
PROGRAMMING THROUGH simple and user friendly TOUCH SCREEN. The Q-4000 INCLUDES AN AUTOMATIC GLUE TANK FILLING SYSTEM OTHER FEATURES:
  • Glue tank with weekly programmer.
  • Check-control and maintenance alarms via the programmer.
  • Automatic central oil pump to enable machine maintenance.
