Description

The LS-1200 is designed for the forming of large C-1 boxes and features the following improvements, among others:
  • Roller conveyor for pallet introduction with blanks.
  • Maximum pallet loading height 1,300 mm (51 3/16 in.) including pallet.
  • Does not require specialized personnel.
  • Low maintenance machine.
  • The LS-1200 can be integrated directly into the packing line.
  • Incorporates a plug adjustable in both width and length
  • In terms of box dimensions we can reach, depending on the box, up to:
    • Length: from 1080 to 540 mm. (42 33/64 to 21 17/64 in.)
    • Width: from 1300 to 690 mm (51 3/16 to 27 11/64 in.)

    Inserter

    The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .

    The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”

    This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.

    • The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
    • The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.
