Description

One of our popular Quality range machine is Q-1530. The Q-1530 is the most compact, multifunctional and common tray former for forming and gluing cardboard open top trays. It has 6 speeds , which added the possibility of working with average speeds to adapt to meet your real production needs; It is designed to produce from 400 tph to 1800 tph In keeping with the rest of the Boix “ Quality ” range there is a high level of compatibility between models with toolings and the forming sections being interchangeable, which is both a functional advantage and an economic savings.

    Inserter

    The Inserter is a machine that allows us to form a Cover Box and insert the Bottom Box into it .

    The objective of this procedure is: “To be able to fill the box with products avoiding that the overfilling collapses the bottom box which would make it impossible to place the lid box.”

    This system is widely used in citrus products where they are filled with many kilos.

    • The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 1,000 boxes per hour and can be incorporated into a production line.
    • The Inserter is equipped with a belt for the insertion of the bottom box, already assembled, and a 1,500 mm blank feeder (for approximately 150 blanks), which increases autonomy and avoids interruptions in production.
