After more than 50 years of designing and manufacturing forming machines, we have a wealth of experience and knowledge that has allowed us to respond to very different markets and their own special boxes. Throughout these years, we have been able to form boxes of multiple formats, designs, and sizes that do not fit into any of the standard categories, which is why we have created this category of special boxes to present some samples of the most representative.     FP-4/EC

    The FP4/EC is an automatic and adjustable machine for forming and gluing both, corrugated and solid board boxes.

    • It is able to form multiple designs of different collumn construction like closed column, open column, L-column trays with different weights of cardboard.
    • It has 4 speeds reaching up to 1,400 trays/hour.

    FP-4/2M

    The FP-4/2M is one of our most flexible machines, as they are capable of forming multiple box designs (Plaform, P-84, Citrus, etc.), but are specially designed for forming all types of column boxes, whether open, closed or L-Column.

    • This machine has 3 different models: FP-4/2M-1, FP-4/2M-2 and FP-4/2M-3, depending on the type of boxes they can form.
    • It can achieve a sustained output up to 2,100 trays per hour.

    The Select MCC-3 is a fully automatic and adjustable machine for gluing the bottom flaps of RSC and HSC boxes in both corrugated and solid board.

    LS-1200

    The LS-1200 machine is specially designed for the forming of C-1 boxes in large formats.

    • It incorporates a feeding system that allows us to directly load the pallet with the blanks.
    • We can have up to 2 pallets in the introduction conveyor.
